Our Commitment

We want this site to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or who need higher color contrast. Accessibility was built into this site's design from the start, not added afterward.

What We've Built In

• All text and background color combinations meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast requirements (a minimum 4.5:1 ratio for normal text)
• The site is fully navigable by keyboard, including the mobile menu
• A "skip to main content" link is available for keyboard and screen reader users
• Decorative images and icons are hidden from screen readers so they don't add noise to the page
• Interactive elements (buttons, menus) include descriptive labels for screen readers
• The site respects your device's reduced-motion setting if you've enabled it
• Content reflows and remains usable at different zoom levels and screen sizes

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time checklist. As we add new pages and features, we aim to hold them to the same standard as the rest of the site.
